Tonsley Hotel is a delightful hub for food enthusiasts and travelers alike. The spacious, clean rooms offered the perfect retreat after days of exploration, with a cozy bed and a spa bath that provided much-needed relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the bistro's ambiance during breakfast, where the cooked-to-order options showcased local produce in a creative way. Dining al fresco on the terrace was a highlight; it allowed for a pleasant blend of flavors and fresh air. The staff, especially Bernie, were always attentive, ensuring our experience was enjoyable and hassle-free. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like organic toiletries and self-laundry services, which are convenient for longer stays. Altogether, Tonsley Hotel leaves a lasting impression that I would happily revisit.
